The Receptionist will be primarily responsible for providing a memorable guest experience at the front office through friendly and qualified customer service and providing administrative support to the Hotel Management team.
As a casual Receptionist, you will be working mainly Saturday & Sunday with the potential for more hours on other days.
About the role:
Responding to incoming telephone calls and emails and relaying necessary messages to relevant parties
Maintaining records ensuring documents are distributed and filled within designated timelines
Responsible for all room reservations including confirmations, checking in, and allocation of hotel rooms and guests
Handling any guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner and escalating to the Manager/Area Manager when required
Performing other related duties as requested by the Manager
