Your Role
1. Provide exceptional client service by greeting visitors, managing incoming calls and emails, and communicating professionally with clients, families, and referrers.
2. Coordinate clinician diaries to ensure efficient scheduling, high utilisation, and smooth daily workflows across the team.
3. Manage invoicing and client billing with accuracy, including processing payments and supporting timely communication with referrers and providers.
4. This role is suitable for candidates wanting 24 to 32 hours per week.
