We are seeking a Facility & Contract Associate Director to provide strategic and practical leadership across DRA's contracts, facilities and associated compliance obligations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring DRA's contractual arrangements and facilities support safe, compliant and effective operations. This is a part‑time, fixed‑term role ending March 2026.
What You'll Do
* Lead and manage contracts across their full lifecycle, including negotiation, renewal, variation and termination.
* Maintain a central contract register and oversee key milestones and compliance requirements.
* Provide advice to leaders and teams on contractual, legal, commercial and procurement matters.
* Coordinate with external legal advisors, insurers, suppliers and property managers.
* Oversee facility leases, service contracts and essential building services.
* Monitor contractor performance, safety and access compliance.
* Identify, manage and report on contractual and facilities‑related risks.
* Support budgeting, reporting and continuous improvement across contracts and facilities.
What You Will Bring
* Demonstrated experience in contract and/or facilities management.
* Strong understanding of contract law, risk management and procurement principles.
* Experience providing clear, practical advice to senior stakeholders.
* Confidence managing external suppliers, legal advisors and property managers.
* Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
* Ability to operate with integrity, discretion and sound judgement.
