Piling Supervisor | High-Rise Projects | Gold Coast | Up to $200K + Super
Core is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established piling contractor with a strong pipeline of high-rise projects across the Gold Coast and SE QLD. This is a senior, site-based role overseeing complex foundation works on landmark developments. If you're an experienced Piling Supervisor with a background in CFA and bored piles, this is a genuine long-term opportunity with a business known for quality delivery and retaining good people.
The Role
You'll be responsible for supervising piling operations on high-rise construction sites, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising CFA and bored piling works on high-rise projects
* Managing crews, subcontractors, and plant on site
* Ensuring works are delivered to programme and budget
* Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
* Coordinating with consultants, clients, and head contractor teams
* Daily reporting and site documentation
About You
* Proven experience supervising piling works on high-rise projects
* Strong technical knowledge of CFA and bored piling methodologies
* Solid understanding of ground conditions and QA requirements
* Confident leading site teams and managing multiple work fronts
* Strong safety-first mindset
* Trade or engineering background preferred
