The Role
The team is responsible for reviewing and processing outcome claims while ensuring quality standards are met. They work closely with employment services teams to ensure documentation aligns with contractual requirements. The successful applicant will identify actionable insights to facilitate optimal claims performance.

Duties
* Process outcome and progress payment claims in a timely manner
* Coach, advise, and mentor staff in claims processing
* Analyse data and results to optimise performance
* Assist with preparation of reports
* Interpret and apply processes, policies, and guidelines
* Collaborate with staff to find a solution-focused approach to achieve claims
Skills
* High-level data entry skills, numeracy, and attention to detail
* Engage and build relationships with all staff across the organisation
* Prioritise workload to ensure strict timeframes are met
* Solid Excel skills to manage data and create clear reports
* Ability to analyse documentation to ensure alignment with guidelines
