Nib Thrive is the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) business for the nib Group. In November 2022, nib acquired its first registered NDIS Plan Manager, since then we have continued to grow. We are now House of Brands who all operate as part of the nib Thrive family. Nib Thrive currently supports more than 27,000 NDIS participants and is on track to reach its goal of supporting at least 50,000 participants by FY25. Nib Thrive is currently one of the top three largest plan managers in Australia.

Let's talk about this role
- This is an 8 month Fixed Term Contract as Change and Communications Manager._

In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of change and communication to nib Thrive through effective plans that thoughtfully considers the employee experience. You will develop a change strategy that outlines change tactics, communication plans, and training plans to ensure that our people are supported to deliver superior service experience to our participants and providers.

The role will be primarily focussed on supporting single integration of our house of brands technology and operations, and broader nib Thrive initiatives that affect change across the division.

Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a change & communication management plan that aligns with the business goals of our single integration- Develop a training and engagement plan to ensure learning and support is delivered to employees to help them adopt our new technology and processes- Identify and manage resistance to change through change activities, ensuring that knowledge is presented and consumed with changes embedded effectively- Measure the success of the change management process and make recommendations for improvement- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback from stakeholders and ensure that their needs are met

Ultimately, success in this role is based on the foundation of your experience managing large-scale transformational change within a complex environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change within businesses, ensuring knowledge is successfully delivered and benefits realised.

Furthermore we're looking for:
- Strong leadership skills with 3+ years experience, or experience managing project teams- Experience in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Private Health Insurance or General Insurance sector (highly beneficial)- Robust stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills- Formal Change Management or LEAN Six Sigma qualifications (desired)- Formal leadership qualifications - Certificate IV level or above (desired)
