About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our high-performing Urban Development team on the Sunshine Coast. In this role, you’ll take ownership of land subdivision / greenfield / masterplanning projects, coordinating diverse tasks, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our Clients.

Working closely with technical experts and senior leaders, you’ll play a central role in shaping project delivery, deepening client partnerships, and contributing to the continued growth of our Urban Development presence in the region.

In this role you will:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Urban Development projects, translating client objectives into clear project plans covering scope, safety, risk, delivery and cost.

- Coordinate resources, forecast deliverables and manage project budgets, financial performance and reporting.

- Prepare bids, proposals, tenders and contract documentation in line with Australian Standards.

- Guide project teams through design, drafting, authority approvals and construction-phase activities, including site inspections and civil works superintendency.

- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, leading project meetings and ensuring high-quality, technically accurate deliverables.

- Manage project risk, apply quality control processes and maintain organised project documentation.

What do we need from you

-
6+ years of professional experience managing Urban Development projects.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent project delivery experience.

- Strong planning, prioritisation and project coordination capability.

- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.

- Technical understanding of civil engineering concepts, project delivery and construction processes.

- Proven commercial acumen across budgeting, forecasting and financial management.

- Strong consulting and client management skills with a customer-centric mindset.

- Ability to lead, motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
