What you'll do:
Working across all sections of the kitchen, you will be responsible for working with your team to provide the highest level of food service to our sites.
Explore your creative flair on themed nights and events and enjoy consistent work-life balance on a 14:7 Fly-In-Fly-Out roster.
Opportunities for fulltime roaming, casual and chefs specialising in Chinese cuisine on offer.
What you bring:
* Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights.
* Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check.
* Certificate III (minimum requirement) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery.
* Strong Chef experience (minimum 3 years) required.
* FIFO Chef experience highly desirable.
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
