Finance and Payroll Role
This dynamic Finance & Payroll role has a unique blend of finance and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet accounting, payroll processing, and reconciliation.

As a proactive Finance & Payroll Officer, you will be part of a collaborative leadership team and work closely with departments like Fleet, Operations and HR to keep the business running smoothly.
* Prioritize end-to-end payroll processing, including PAYG, FBT, super, and monthly/quarterly commissions reporting.
* Reconcile bank, payroll, vehicle disposals, Stripe, and other accounts.
* Process invoices, manage settlements, and assist with budgeting.
* Liaise with fleet, finance, and insurance teams on sales, regos, total loss reporting, and asset tracking.
* Coordinate payroll onboarding and train staff on rostering where needed.
* Maintain key fleet and payroll data, including VINs, regos, expiry dates, and company ownership.

Requirements:
* 1-3 years' experience in a finance or payroll position.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
* Familiarity with KeyPay, Stripe, and accounting systems a bonus.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
* Ability to spot issues, solve problems, and make processes better.
* Comfortable working across finance, fleet, and operational teams.
