The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Housing Manager to join our Pathways North team in Brookvale on a fixed term contract until June 2026 (with potential for extension).
Pathways is a vital part of Bridge Housing, helping vulnerable people in need to access stable and secure housing. As a Housing Manager, you’ll deliver high-quality access and demand services to individuals and households seeking social housing assistance. You’ll work in a fast-paced, trauma-informed environment, supporting people in crisis and helping them navigate complex housing systems.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Experience in housing, homelessness, or community services
* Strong understanding of NSW Housing Pathways and eligibility criteria
* Ability to work with clients experiencing complex needs (e.g. DFV, mental health, financial hardship)
* High-level interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in HOMES and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally safe service delivery
* A current NSW Driver License
Desirable:
* Qualifications in social work, housing, or community services
* Knowledge of Homes NSW Policy and PRA products
