The Role

* Schedule: Early morning starts; full weekend availability is essential.
* Start Time: Must be available for 5:00 AM starts.
* Responsibilities: Managing the breakfast service, ensuring consistent food quality, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and contributing to seasonal menu development.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven background in a fast-paced breakfast or brunch environment.
* Minimum Experience: 2 years experience in a breakfast or brunch environment is required.
* Creativity: A flair for plating and an interest in modern breakfast trends.
* Reliability: Punctual, organized, and able to work independently under pressure.
* Skills: Strong communication and high standards for food safety and sanitation.
* Work Rights: Legal work rights in Australia are required.
