About You
You are a confident, values-driven leader who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
You bring:
* A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent)
* 5+ years’ experience in early childhood, including at least 2 years in leadership/management (flexible for the right candidate)
* Strong knowledge of National Law & Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Victorian EYLF, Being, Belonging & Becoming, My Time, Our Place.
* Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team development capability.
* Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience using childcare management and communication systems.
