A Day In Your Life
Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services and facilities
Manage trusted service providers across mechanical, electrical, fire safety, BMCS, condenser water, and hydraulic systems
Keep a close eye on budgets and operating costs, always seeking improvements in efficiency and sustainability
Coordinate minor works, tenancy fit-outs, and building improvements
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence
Build strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care
Communicate clearly and consistently with all stakeholders

What You'll Bring To The Role
Experience as a Facilities Manager or Operations professional with a solid understanding of commercial building systems
A background in Mechanical or Electrical trades, or project management experience within the commercial property sector
Strong contract management and commercial acumen
Great time management and organisational skills — you know how to prioritise and deliver
A friendly, professional approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
