Regional Group is a leading construction material producer across VIC, NSW & QLD.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and drive business by forecasting and implementing sales strategies and projected sales volume and profit.
* Proactively source and action sales leads to identify and develop new client businesses within target markets.
* Establish sales objectives by tracking sales goals and reporting results to the management team.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored solution efforts that address customer requirements.
* Meet and exceed predetermined KPIs and sales targets.
* Ability to identify and harness new business ideas and opportunities and turn them into sales.
* Provide accurate and timely forecasts of future market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably with sales management.
* Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
* Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
* Experience in customer relationship management.
* Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* High-level proficiency with MS Office programs.
* Ability to work autonomously.
