The Opportunity
Fyfe is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support the preparation and delivery of high-quality bids and tenders across the business. The Proposal Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating and delivering compelling, compliant and high-quality submissions that position Fyfe for success.
Working closely with technical leaders, project managers and the business development team, this role will manage the end-to-end proposal process ensuring submissions are delivered on time, aligned with client requirements and effectively showcase Fyfe's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the preparation and delivery of EOIs, tenders and proposals
* Manage submission timelines, compliance requirements and documentation
* Facilitate proposal meetings
* Work closely with technical teams to gather and develop submission content
* Write, edit and format proposal documentation including executive summaries and capability statements
* Ensure all submissions meet client, compliance and branding requirements
* Maintain proposal templates, project profiles and submission libraries
* Support continuous improvement of proposal processes and documentation
Skills and Experience
* 5-10+ years experience coordinating and writing tenders, bids or proposals
* The ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders and technical teams
* Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
* Experience within Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction or professional services environments - highly regarded
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
