Contract Site Manager – Wodonga (June to December)
Build Co Projects Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-tracked commercial/industrial project in Wodonga. This is a contract role starting early June through to December 2025, with full-time site responsibility from establishment to handover.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for all day-to-day site operations — leading subcontractors, enforcing WHS compliance, maintaining programme, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
You'll work closely with the Director and Project Coordinator to align site activity with programme targets, procurement milestones, and compliance requirements.
Required Experience
* 3+ years in a Site Manager role (commercial/industrial projects)
* End-to-end lifecycle delivery — from site establishment to handover
* Experience managing warehouse builds or office fitouts
* Strong coordination with Project Managers and consultant teams
Qualifications & Skills
* White Card
* First Aid & CPR
* Trade background (Carpentry preferred)
* Strong site leadership and subcontractor management
* Solid HSEQ/WHS knowledge
* Public Liability Insurance (preferred)
Tech Proficiency
* Procore (required)
* MS Project, SignOnSite (preferred)
* MS Word, Excel, Outlook
* Confident using tablets, PDFs, mobile-based site tools
Availability
* Full-time Monday to Friday, with Saturday flexibility where required
* Contract start: Early June 2025
* Location: Onsite in Wodonga VIC
