Service Excellence Manager
We are seeking a qualified professional to lead our team in improving service delivery for regional mental health services. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality standards and practices, providing advice, expertise, and support to senior executives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaise with healthcare professionals, service providers, and the community to enhance service delivery.
* Provide leadership and guidance on clinical areas of risk, safety, and quality initiatives across regional services.
* Develop a culture of safety, quality, and risk management aligned with national standards and frameworks.
Requirements:
* A recognized qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Psychology (AHP4 level) or eligibility for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing (RN4 level).
* Demonstrated expertise in mental health practice and strong leadership abilities, including communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.

* The successful candidate will be required to hold a Working With Children Check and a National Police Certificate.
