Veolia is seeking a qualified Painter to join our Hunter Water Treatment team. You'll be doing corrosion maintenance work across our sites – keeping critical water infrastructure in top condition.

What you'll be responsible for
* Corrosion maintenance and painting work on municipal water treatment equipment
* Preventive maintenance and fixing defects as they come up
* Using tablets and apps to log jobs and track work
* Planning your own maintenance tasks and managing your workload
* Getting permits sorted and following safety procedures
* Keeping the work area tidy and organised
* Helping out with other site work when needed
* Working with contractors and making sure jobs are done right
* Training apprentices and helping out your teammates
What you'll need to be successful
* Painter trade certificate
* Experience working on heavy equipment
* Good with computers and apps
* Can communicate well with the team and contractors
