The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the Division Head, this pivotal role provides full financial leadership and oversight for the Soil Reuse & Recycling business unit.
You'll play a critical role in guiding the division through an exciting period of growth — shaping financial strategy, enhancing operational performance, and driving a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all financial management, planning, and reporting for the Soil Reuse & Recycling division.
Provide high-quality commercial and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Deliver accurate and timely reports across production, sales, profit and loss, and performance metrics.
Ensure financial integrity and statutory compliance across all functions.
Oversee and present monthly financial performance (P&L, Balance Sheet, compliance reports) to the leadership team.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and capital investment strategies.
Develop business cases that support growth initiatives and asset investments.
Provide KPI analysis and financial modelling to identify cost efficiencies and revenue opportunities.
Partner with operational leaders to enhance business reporting and align financial insights with strategic objectives.
Support annual strategic planning and budgeting processes.
About You
You are an experienced finance professional with proven success in operational leadership within a fast-paced processing, manufacturing, or resource recovery environment.
You combine commercial acumen with a collaborative leadership style and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Ideally, you will bring:
CA/CPA qualification.
Significant experience leading finance operations, ideally in processing, manufacturing, or quarrying sectors.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
A track record of driving process improvement and implementing efficiency initiatives.
Experience with Lean Management, ISO ****, or similar systems (highly regarded).
