Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team in a mid-tier firm located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland. As an experienced Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, assisting them with complex financial reporting, tax compliance, and business advisory services.
Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements in accordance with regulatory, accounting, and financial reporting standards; handling income tax returns for various entities; executing tax planning tasks and providing advisory services to clients regarding business operations, tax efficiency, and regulatory matters; offering business structuring, improvement, and growth advisory services to help clients achieve their business goals; and acting as a key point of contact for clients, liaising with managers and partners to resolve queries and deliver exceptional client experience.

About You:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
* CA/CPA qualification (or working towards it).
* 2+ years of experience in a public practice accounting role.
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused attitude.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
