Tucci is seeking a driven and experienced Sous Chef to join our leadership team in a fast-paced, premium Italian restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a strong Senior CDP or current Sous Chef who thrives on high standards, consistency and team development.
The Role
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will:
* Lead daily kitchen operations and service execution
* Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency
* Run the pass confidently in the Head Chef's absence
* Train, mentor and develop junior chefs
* Manage ordering, stock control and food cost targets
* Ensure kitchen organization, prep structure and labour efficiency
* Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
* Contribute to seasonal menu development
Confidence cooking fresh pasta to a high standard is essential.

* Solid understanding of food cost, GP and labour control
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
