Skilled Roofer required for a challenging opportunity in South Canberra. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team and take on the demands of manual labour, colour bond sheet installation and removal, and working at heights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out rigorous manual handling tasks as required
* Measure, cut, and install Colour bond sheets with precision and accuracy
* Remove and replace damaged roofing materials efficiently
* Install flashing to ensure water-tight seals
* Clean and maintain roofs and sites to a high standard
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience carrying out manual handling tasks
* Awareness of asbestos handling, white card certification, crystalline silica exposure awareness, and working at heights tickets
* A reliable mode of transportation
