We are seeking a skilled Client Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Client Growth Specialist, you will play a key part in strengthening employer and member relationships, driving retention, engagement, and strategic growth across a portfolio of key accounts.
The Opportunity: This role is central to maintaining and growing our employer and member base, with a focus on managing key accounts and contributing to the fund's strategic growth.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of employer and member accounts through proactive engagement and service delivery.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, attending industry events and client functions as required.
* Execute formalised client engagement strategies and member service initiatives.
* Support the onboarding of new business and ensure seamless transitions for large employers.
* Deliver education programs and promote campaigns across your portfolio.
* Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and ensure compliance with AFSL and RG146 requirements.
* Provide insights and reporting on service levels, engagement outcomes, and portfolio performance.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in account management, client engagement, or business development.
* Strong knowledge of superannuation, industrial relations, and financial products.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* RG146 accreditation is mandatory for this role; however, candidates who are not yet accredited may be considered if they are willing and eligible to complete the certification as part of their onboarding.
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or Diploma of Financial Planning are desirable.
