We have a flexible, part-time Patient Services Officer position based within our Southport clinic, with stunning views across the Gold Coast.
You will be responsible for providing administrative and general support to staff, patients and clinicians to ensure that a high quality, professional and efficient administration service is consistently provided to patients.
This is a part-time role,More specifically, you will:Ensure a high level of patient service is provided including meeting patient needs, maintaining patient service levels and monitoring and reacting to patient feedback.
Consistently maintain a professional service which meets patient needs.
