About You
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil/Structural).
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Engineering – construction products and solutions.
* Working knowledge of construction markets and engineering drawings.
* Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-engagement skills.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage stakeholders and clearly document market solutions and strategic proposals.
* Showcase strategic thinking and a passion for innovation and outcomes, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop proposals that drive long-term business value.
* Technical delivery management and leadership expertise.
* Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects across varying scopes and complexities.
