**Job Overview:**

The role of a Service Advisor is to provide an exceptional customer experience by building strong relationships with customers and delivering outstanding levels of efficiency and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and ownership throughout the customer's journey.
* Ensure seamless communication with the workshop team to guarantee a high standard of service for the customer.
* Contribute to achieving productivity and customer satisfaction targets by meeting and exceeding individual KPI targets.
* Handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently to create and maintain customer loyalty and retention.
* Confidently establish an understanding agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
* Maintain accurate records of the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
* Manage the handover and administration process, explaining the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.
* Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
* Maintain safe working practices and adhere to high standards of professionalism.
* Take on additional responsibilities as required by the business.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

* Full UK driving licence.
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Smart appearance and professional attitude.
* Confident and able to excel in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

1. Relevant experience in a customer-facing role delivering excellent service.
2. Main dealer experience preferred.
3. Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm. Saturday 1pm rota 1/6 paid as overtime or time off in lieu.
