As a Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach at a local level. You will work closely with families to help children reach their full potential through effective planning and support while fostering meaningful connections within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support families through a child and family-centred approach, ensuring children receive the appropriate interventions based on best practice evidence.
- Use your qualifications in Early Childhood, Allied Health, Social Work, or a related field to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Complete functional assessments for children with developmental concerns or disabilities, determining their needs and ensuring timely referrals to appropriate support pathways.
- Connect families to community services and mainstream programs to enhance their social participation and access to essential services.
- Guide families through NDIS plan reassessments, gathering evidence, assisting with goal development, and ensuring the right support is in place.
