A rare opportunity has become available for a fully experienced and motivated Workshop Foreman / Quality Controller to join our Service team. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
This is an important role within the Service Department, working alongside the Workshop Controller, managing a team of Toyota Technicians, Apprentices, and Detailers on a daily basis.
You will oversee the progress of jobs for customer vehicles, ensuring the team achieve high efficiency, and successful diagnosis, and on time delivery.
You will ensure smooth workflow between the Workshop Controller, the Technical Advisors, and the Diagnostic team.
Successful applicant will have the following:
* Recent experience in a similar role in a high-volume Dealership
* Must have Toyota experience
* Ability to manage multiple staff under pressure
* Excellent communication and decision-making skills
* Be customer focused and committed to achieving results
* Work as part of a team and create a positive work environment
* Have a high level of technical ability and experience
Please note: Only candidates with Automotive Dealership experience will be considered. Must also have full working rights in Australia.
