FinXL IT is seeking two Senior Business Analysts to join our consulting team and be deployed to a leading Telco client, supporting a suite of initiatives ranging from new product development to critical risk and regulatory projects.
Responsibilities
* Drive end‑to‑end business process improvements and "better ways of working" initiatives.
* Facilitate workshops and manage requirements for new product enhancements.
* Liaise with a diverse stakeholder group across Operations, Sales, Billing, Network, and IT.
* Collaborate with Solution Designers on technical solution artefacts.
* Support the Test Manager with Business Readiness Testing (BRT) activities.
* Partner with external vendors to support specific product delivery and assurance.
* Maintain and update project templates and documentation standards.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a background in large, complex enterprise environments.
* Previous experience in the Telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated background in Risk and Regulatory initiatives.
* Exceptional communication and conflict management skills, with the resilience to manage challenging stakeholders.
* This is a functional role, but strong technical acumen to work effectively with IT partners and Solution Designers.
* Expertise in process mapping and driving cross‑functional workshops.
* Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple project streams.
