About the role
We're an Australian AI startup in the prop tech space - leading in AI video for large real estate agencies and property portals. We are seeking a local, highly hands-on cybersecurity expert to urgently investigate, contain and permanently secure our platform.
This is a technical role for someone who enjoys getting into systems, not writing reports.
What you'll do
* Forensically analyse recent breaches and identify root causes
* Assess our web application, cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline
* Patch vulnerabilities and harden systems end-to-end
* Implement monitoring, alerts and automated protections
What we're looking for
* Proven experience securing production web platforms
* Strong knowledge of:
o Web app security (OWASP Top 10)
o Cloud security (AWS/GCP/Azure)
o Incident response and digital forensics experience
* Able to work independently and move fast
* Based in Australia (remote)

* Likely 10–30 hours initially, ongoing as needed
