Silverstone are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead national operations across WA and QLD.
We are working with a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer and supplier of HDPE and PVC pipe systems, with a legacy dating back to 1938. Partnering with leading organisations across mining, energy, infrastructure, and agriculture, DAMOS delivers high-quality, reliable, and sustainable solutions across Australia, New Zealand, and global markets.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in driving performance, embedding operational excellence, and advancing sustainability across manufacturing, fabrication, logistics, and supply chain functions.

The Opportunity:
As COO, you will set the operational direction for the business, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality performance across all sites. You will lead a capable leadership team and drive initiatives that strengthen capability, improve systems, and position the organisation for long-term growth.
The successful candidate will be based in WA with interstate travel required - A relocation package is available for the successful candidate, where applicable.
You’ll be instrumental in:

* Leading large-scale transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Leadership: Set and drive national performance standards across manufacturing, fabrication, logistics, and maintenance
* Strategic Execution: Deliver operational strategies aligned with business growth and expansion plans
* Leadership & Culture: Build, mentor, and align a high-performing leadership team across multiple sites
* Safety & Risk: Champion a strong safety culture and lead WHS performance improvement initiatives
* Supply Chain & Logistics: Strengthen procurement, supplier performance, and distribution capability
* Quality & Compliance: Ensure consistent quality standards, certifications, and audit readiness
* Sustainability: Lead environmental initiatives including recycling, waste reduction, and resource recovery
About You:
You are a proven executive leader with a strong track record in multi-site industrial or manufacturing environments. You bring both strategic thinking and operational discipline, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
You will demonstrate:
* Extensive experience leading national or multi-site operations at an executive level
* A background in manufacturing, fabrication, industrial, or supply chain environments
* Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large-scale operations (>$50M+)
* A track record of driving transformation, efficiency, and continuous improvement
* Experience leading sustainability initiatives within operational environments
* The ability to build and lead high-performing teams and align them to a clear vision
