We'relooking for a Casual Field Representative to join our Retail Select Team,providinga range of services in the hardware and gardening departments at Bunnings stores in the Mildura area.
You'llwork with our trusted brandsDulux, Selleys, Yates, andCabots,to continue growing and winning in the marketplace. As a valued member of our team,you'llhave the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.
WhatYou'llBe Doing
* Deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to our service level agreements
* Support, train, and deliver in-store projects
* Act as an in-store ambassador for our business, building strong relationships with both Bunnings and DuluxGroup teams
* Enable our sales teams to execute strategies and provide the best possible shopping experience for consumers
* Gain exposure to marketing fundamentals from theground up

WhatWe'reLooking for
* Self-motivated withstrong communicationand interpersonal skills
* Hold a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle
* Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use technology and various digital applications and systems
* Strong time management,prioritisationskillsand own initiative
This casual role offers flexible, variable hours, with shifts available between 7am–6pm on weekdays and occasional Saturdays from 8am–1pm. Daily shifts may range from 3 to 7 hours.
