What you'll do
Lead and support the P&C Business Partnering team, managing escalations and driving delivery of people processes.
Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives across culture, leadership, workforce planning, wellbeing, and inclusion.
Provide expert advice on complex employee relations and industrial relations matters.
Drive key projects and transformation initiatives aligned to the P&C Operating Plan.
Use data and insights to identify risks, influence decisions, and empower leaders to build a high-performing culture.
What you'll bring
Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or related field (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years in senior P&C leadership roles.
Broad expertise across ER/IR, workforce planning, talent, culture, and leadership development.
Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams, with excellent influencing and relationship-building skills.
A values-based, collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
