Operating throughout Australia, Stoney Creek Campers are one of the fastest growing camper trailer and caravan brands in the country. As a result of ongoing growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Pre-Delivery specialist to join our successful team.
We aim to provide an exceptional level of customer service and we are looking for an enthusiastic team member who shares our views.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have proven experience in a similar position, ideally having worked on Caravans, Trailers or Automotive. You will also need to make an exceptional first impression and have a great phone manner to quickly build rapport with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the successful hand-over/delivery of all camper trailers and caravans to customers
* Coordination of the delivery schedule
* Co-ordinating with customers for pickup, drop offs and handovers
* Identifying servicing requirements
* Checking operation of equipment on caravans and camper trailers
* Stocking parts
