About the Organisation & Role

Providing high-quality, evidence-based support to children, adults and their families through a collaborative, multidisciplinary model. Due to growing demand for services, our client is looking for a supportive and self-motivated Speech Pathologist to join the team. In this role you will provide assessment and therapy services within the clinic and across community settings.
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans
- Manage a diverse caseload; language, speech, fluency, feeding and swallowing conditions across the lifespan
- Work collaboratively with the wider team of clinicians
- Participate in team meetings, conferences, and regular supervision
- Gradual introduction to your caseload and daily tasks
What’s on Offer
- Base salary of $78,500 - $110,000 + super (depending on experience)
- Fortnightly supervision and mentoring provided in-house

- Bachelor’s degree in a Speech Pathology
- SPA Registration – or ability to obtain
- A positive attitude and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Valid driver’s license
- NDIS Workers Screening Check & Working with Children Check
- Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, however not essential.
