This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys untangling complex data and creating clever Excel tools that deliver “press-of-a-button” reporting.In this position, you’ll partner with the Head of People & Culture and the broader HR team to deliver first-class analyses of workforce data, comprehensive HR reports, actionable insights, and dynamic dashboards.Included In What You'll DoDesign and build automated reports using macros, advanced formulas, and Excel magicConsolidate and make sense of decentralized data from multiple systemsCollaborate with HR and business teams to develop clear, repeatable reports (e.g. turnover, WH&S, vacancies)Work with exported data from Sage and Micro pay (AUS/NZ payroll systems)Deliver polished, accurate outputs that make decision-making easierLeave behind tools and templates that empower teams to run reports independentlyWhat You HaveAdvanced Excel skills - you know your way around macros, VBA, and complex formulasDemonstrated background in a HR Analyst or similar role focused on People Systems and Reporting, with over 3 years of experience working across various HRIS platformsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA passion for process improvement and data-driven solutionsExposure to Sage or Micropay is desirableAt ORIX, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team where your work will make a real impact.
