An exciting and rare opportunity has come up for an experienced marketer with a flair for digital to join LEP Digital, one of the Central Coast's leading marketing agencies. Reporting to the agency Director and working closely with our Head of Marketing & Strategy and our experienced team, you’ll harness your agency or client-side experience to make your mark in a well-recognised agency.
About You
You're digitally-savvy, creative, and confident, and want to grow your skills in a high-performing team (and maybe stop that commute to Sydney). You may be a marketing or communications specialist or coordinator with 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of working with teams and stakeholders to execute successful campaigns. You're looking for the next big opportunity to contribute to a growing company and tackle interesting and varied client work that will challenge you.
Role Functions
In this four-day-a-week permanent role, based on-site in Terrigal, you'll be managing diverse client accounts and spearheading their campaigns.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
* Develop and lead client marketing campaigns, including working closely with the team to execute high-quality strategic content, encompassing video, written content, collateral, and advertising assets, for various platforms.
* Nurture and manage client accounts to deliver strong outcomes and an outstanding client experience.
* Working with the team, produce creative content, including social media, landing pages, eDMs, and SEO content.
* Analyse and interpret marketing analytics and results across various platforms and present findings and opportunities to clients.
* Help drive initiatives to improve agency delivery, value, and efficiency, while maximising client retention, scope, and budget.
* Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate output.
* Promote and operate within the company values to help drive growth.
Selection Criteria
* Be client-service focused, with the ability to think quickly to deliver solutions that drive client success, while confidently managing expectations and project scope.
* Have a proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns and effectively manage client feedback loops to consistently meet deadlines.
* Be digitally savvy, with experience with modern marketing tools and advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Possess strong storytelling and writing skills, with practical experience in producing engaging marketing content.
* Hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in marketing, advertising, business, PR, or communications.
* Bring at least five years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in an agency or large business environment where you worked closely with stakeholders.
* Demonstrate the ability to work quickly and autonomously, managing multiple projects and competing demands.
* Must be available to work Mondays to Thursdays during business hours from our Terrigal office, with the option to work from home on Wednesdays.
