Project Manager for Infrastructure

What You Will Offer

* A portfolio of infrastructure projects within our Wireless Program Management Office, utilising business principles and processes.
* The ability to manage time, quality and cost objectives for clients and stakeholders using financial and reporting mechanisms.
* Leadership skills to achieve outcomes in the RAN Mobiles program delivery through partnering with internal stakeholders.
* Experience working with complex stakeholder environments to manage expectations and deliver your projects within budget, quality, and scope constraints.

Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to the development and reinforcement of our desired culture consistent with our values.
* Regularly review project interdependencies, provide feedback to stakeholders and update milestone data in appropriate systems.
* Identify roadblocks that impact the delivery of projects and escalate them if they cannot be resolved within the project team.
* Comply with our Business Principles, Values, Code of Conduct and policies and procedures.
* Work within Company Delegations procedure and review and approve work orders.
* Implement cost saving initiatives to reduce operational, program and project direct and indirect costs.
* Ensure robust financial management has been applied to expenditure related to your portfolio.
* Escalate risks to approved budget and proactively seek resolution.
* Review national RAN Mobiles delivery schedule to ensure problematic milestones are identified and effective mitigation strategies implemented.
* Manage the team's delivery of output within prescribed parameters.
* Understand and apply programmatic planning, coordination and controlling methods to drive achievement of project OKR/KPI's and outcomes.
* Lead agreed productivity opportunities across your portfolio of projects.
* Lead knowledge management across the business area including technology, process and standards.
* Ensure applications have been updated to provide business unit reporting and all expenditure is within specified budget levels.
* Implement customer and stakeholder engagement process within the Wireless Program Management Office.
* Develop and provide detailed milestone mapping for the Wireless Program Management Office deliverables.
* Demonstrate strong project/time management skills to monitor functional processes, progress and results to ensure achievement of key milestones.
* Collaborate and negotiate organisational change outcomes.
* Provide examples of the contribution to a strong team environment and to work collaboratively with and through others.
* Welcome and accept positive and constructive feedback, and make changes as a result.
* Act as a catalyst for change programs and process improvement initiatives.

About You

* Consider WPMO deliverables impact when adjusting plans in line with changes.
* Proactively plan for changes and develop contingency plans to minimise risk.
* Seek feedback from customers/stakeholders and adjust to maximise outcomes.
* Develop tailored stakeholder engagement strategies.
* Articulate the need for change, exploring the so what.
* Assign relationship owners to drive stakeholder alignment.
* Draw compelling insights from change outcomes.
* Recommend activities to reduce resistance and drive momentum for change.
* Apply and disseminate quality information and data on the market and industry to stakeholders.
* Link decisions to clear financial data, performance measures and business levers.
* Identify and act on opportunities to productivity and/or other key business enablers.
* Define, manage and complete projects to agreed cost, schedule, scope and quality objectives.
* Establish and monitor project performance against milestones and goals.
* Use risk management and change control to monitor and control project outcomes.
* Implement targeted stakeholder engagement plans.
* Establish a network of stakeholders, managing and maintaining key relationships.
* Consult with and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
