THE OPPORTUNITY
Based at Melbourne Airport, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Retail Sales Manager to join our team to assist and support the Store Manager in the effective and efficient running of the daily operations of the business. This role will create sales and GP (gross profit) through effective management of sales team members and business operations.
You will be working in a fast-paced, customer centric environment with a friendly and diverse team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Motivate your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Deliver strong leadership on the shop floor, role‑modeling exceptional service standards
* Ensure the ongoing development of all team members to provide a high-quality customer experience
* Engage with customers on the sales floor
ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience in sales management or related leadership roles
* Previous Retail/Sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics required
* Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
* The ability to speak a second language will be highly regarded
* Have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

DETAILS OF THE ROLE
* Full‑time position: 76 hours per fortnight, 5:30pm to 1:30am (Fridays off, one weekend on and one weekend off)
* Additional information: Two‑week rotating roster with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
* Customs and police clearance required (provided for successful applicants)
