We are seeking a highly organised, creative and proactive
Marketing Coordinator
to join our team and support the Chief Marketing Officer in delivering brand excellence across our multi-site franchise network.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this part-time role plays an essential part in executing our marketing activities, maintaining brand consistency across our franchises and supporting national campaigns. You'll work across social media, digital communications and franchisee support to help elevate our brand and drive customer engagement.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves organisation and gets excited about all-things marketing and sport.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
Create, schedule and manage content across Facebook, Instagram for multiple brands
Support development of monthly content calendars
Monitor comments, questions and engagement across platforms
Marketing Support for Franchise Network
Understand and support the marketing needs of a multi-site franchise business
Assist franchise partners with local area marketing tools, collateral and campaign execution
Ensure brand consistency across all locations and coaches
Campaign & Project Coordination
Support national campaigns, promotions, school holiday programmes and events
Coordinate marketing assets, timelines, suppliers and approvals
Assist with database communications including email marketing (EDMs) and newsletters
General Marketing Administration
Maintain digital asset libraries, marketing calendars and campaign trackers
Work closely with the CMO to prepare reports, presentations and campaign summaries
Liaise with designers, printers, photographers and suppliers as required
About You
You will thrive in this role if you have:
Experience in social media management across multiple platforms
Franchise experience or strong understanding of multi-site operations (not essential)
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal
Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
A can-do attitude, initiative and willingness to learn
Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Drive and Mailchimp (preferred but not essential)
A sense of humor
