About The Opportunity
The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing roof replacement and repair works, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key responsibilities include managing in office teams, maintaining safety standards, coordinating materials and subcontractors, and ensuring quality workmanship across all stages of the project.
Supervise daily roof works, ensuring safety, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources.
Monitor progress and quality, resolving issues to avoid delays.
Enforce WHS, safety, and environmental standards on site.
Conduct inspections to ensure all works meet client expectations.
Liaise with clients and teams, providing updates and managing needs.
Report on progress, risks, variations, and efficiency improvements.
About You
The successful candidate will have :
3+ Years' Experience In Building, Roofing, Or Site Supervision
Strong Knowledge Of Building Practices, Roofing Systems & WHS
Skilled In Coordinating Trades, Subcontractors & Suppliers
Excellent Time Management & Multi-Project Coordination
Robust Communication, Attention To Detail & Problem Solving
Licence & Insurance Building Experience (Preferred)
