Job Title: Food & Beverage Team Leader
The Role:
As the Team Leader, you will work across the designated service areas to maximize profits, maintain food, beverage, service quality and ensure customer satisfaction for all F&B outlets.
* The Backyard - our Waterfront Restaurant, Bar and Garden area serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks;
* The Kiosk;
* The Pool Bar;
* Conferences and Events
This encompasses daily shift opening and closure responsibilities in collaboration with the Supervisor/Manager as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maximize profits by working across the designated service areas;
* Maintain food, beverage, service quality and ensure customer satisfaction;
* Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets;
