An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer to join a leading Australian law firm's Adelaide Property team.You'll work alongside experienced senior lawyers and collaborate across a broad range of matters, advising clients from various sectors including commercial, industrial, agribusiness, and social infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include advising on leasing, acquisitions and sales, development projects, and property aspects of broader commercial matters.
You'll also work on projects involving aged care, childcare, and renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on commercial, industrial, and retail leasing matters
Manage sales and acquisitions of office, retail, industrial, and agricultural properties
Assist with residential and mixed-use developments, including strata and community titles
Provide property advice on aged care, retirement, childcare, and social housing projects
Support broader agribusiness and renewable energy initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:
3+ years' experience in property law
Strong transactional and drafting skills
Familiarity with development work and property-related agreements
A commercial mindset and practical approach to complex negotiations
