What you'll bring: 3+ years in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (internal or agency).Experience managing high-volume recruitment or multi-site portfolios.Strong relationship skills - you know how to influence, coach, and partner with stakeholders.A knack for sourcing talent creatively and effectively.Great organisation, time management, and attention to detail.Familiarity with ATS/CMS systems.Bonus points for a diploma/qualification in HR, business, or similar.
