We are a fast-paced construction company seeking a diligent and organised Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between Customers, Clients and internal stakeholders. This role is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently enter new jobs and projects into the company's system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Schedule site attendances, coordinating with estimators, supervisors, customers, and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Assist in client reporting by compiling relevant data, generating reports, and ensuring timely delivery to clients.
- Submission of quotes and reports to clients.
- Invoicing.
- Maintain records and documentation related to projects and client communications.
- Other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative roles within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on current challenges and responsibilities.
