Social Media Content Specialist
This role involves collaborating with the Social Media & Creative Content Lead to ensure our online presence is engaging and growing. We are seeking a skilled individual who can develop, schedule, amplify, and analyze content for our social media channels.
* Grow and engage our online communities through daily management of brand social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business, and Tripadvisor
* Craft compelling copy for social media platforms
* Amplify organic social media content using Meta Ads Manager
* Support paid social media campaigns
* Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and reach
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, web, hospitality, and customer service, to support integrated campaigns
* Ensure digital touchpoints are up-to-date and content is published correctly
* Support content creation for social media channels, working closely with the Social Media & Content Producer and Social Media & Creative Content Lead
This role requires a passion for written storytelling, an understanding of social media platforms, and a creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
