About the Role
We're seeking a passionate Visual Merchandiser to join our team and bring our showrooms to life. This role is key to creating inspiring, on‐trend displays that showcase our luxury furniture ranges and enhance the customer journey. You'll collaborate closely with the National Visual Merchandising Manager and showroom teams to ensure brand consistency across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Showroom Presentation: Design, implement, and maintain visually striking displays that align with brand standards and seasonal trends.
* Brand Consistency: Ensure each showroom reflects our luxury brand identity through layout, styling, and product placement.
* Collaboration: Work alongside showroom managers and sales teams to maximise floor space and support sales strategies.
* Stock Styling: Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to plan, position, and rotate stock effectively.
* Market Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to keep displays fresh and innovative.
* Travel: Regularly visit showrooms across your region to provide hands‐on styling and merchandising support.
About You
* Visual Merchandising Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within furniture, homewares, fashion, or other high‐value retail sectors.
* Creative Flair: Strong eye for design, colour coordination, and spatial awareness.
* Practical Skills: Ability to move, style, and assemble furniture pieces to create impactful displays.
* Communication Skills: Confident in collaborating with sales teams and management to achieve shared goals.
* Commercial Mindset: Understanding how effective merchandising drives sales and enhances the customer experience.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt displays to different showroom layouts and demographics.
