About Your New Role
Drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to our participantsDelivering high-quality, person-centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants.Participating in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.Working with clients to set achievable goals that will support them to function more independently.Reporting: Report disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management.

Essential Qualifications And Experience
Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Speech PathologyFull SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation)Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a carUnrestricted Australian work rightsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
