Senior Mechanical Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical projects across commercial, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering $10m+ HVAC projects for Tier I builders, with strong commercial and contractual understanding within a design & construct environment.
* Full project oversight including planning, programming, procurement, financial control, and delivery
* Manage engineering, site, and subcontractor teams to drive performance and ensure milestones are met
* Build strong relationships with Tier I builders, consultants, and key project stakeholders
* Ensure mechanical services are delivered to the highest standard of quality, safety, and compliance
* Oversee commercial management, claims, variations, and reporting
* Provide leadership across project engineering teams and contribute to the broader project strategy
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams on complex commercial projects.
