We're seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee production, pre-delivery, and rebuild operations in a busy Kalgoorlie branch. Lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of Heavy Diesel Fitters, Auto Electricians, and Rebuild Technicians Oversee workshop operations across pre-delivery, component refurbishment, and rebuilds on a range of underground hardrock mining machinery Ensure jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and to OEM standards Monitor WIP, manage warranty claims, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a strong safety culture aligned with Zero Harm principles Roster and Travel: This is a residential position where you'll be home every night. You must live within a 1-hour radius of Kalgoorlie. 8:6 roster (DAY SHIFT ONLY) Working 12-hour days (starting at 6am) Residential role - stay in your own bed every night! What We're Looking For: You will have come from a background within the mining industry and have extensive experience working on a range of mining machinery. Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Auto Electrician (or similar) Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a mining or OEM workshop Strong focus on safety, quality, and team development Computer literacy and excellent communication skills Desirable: Experience with OEM equipment and systems Knowledge of mining processes and component-level rebuilds This is an opportunity not to miss!
